Here we have a large deck with a screened in porch. The old deck was removed. The customers direction on the screened in porch was “think an Adirondack cabin” they chose a log siding to enhance the feeling. The shelving on the side is for the winter plexi screens.

This is a 3 season porch that gets the family out of the sun and elements. We added a 20 x 20 patio as well. This home will be getting more work done in the near future!

Rot Repair
This was an existing structure with extensive rot. The homeowner was the G.C. He had a new roof installed, then we removed the 3 exterior walls reframed new walls with windows and door. We then installed a new subfloor, windows and door, trimmed the exterior, and sided it. The homeowner has finished the inside and it gets a lot of use.
Four Season Porch
Here is a rear porch that was preexisting but had a lot of rot, wasn’t level and had screens. The homeowners wanted a room they could use all 4 seasons. We replaced the rotten members, installed windows, 2 screen doors, a gas fireplace and a stone chimney. The interior wood was saved and we brought it back to life with watco (a Danish oil). We refinished the Douglas fir floors. A grilling station was made with the same stones that we used on the chimney.
